Supported Payment Methods
1. UPI Payments (Scan & Pay)
We support instant online payments through UPI (Unified Payments Interface), which is the fastest and most secure payment method in India.
- UPI Apps: You can pay using any standard UPI app, including Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, or your bank's official UPI app.
- QR Code: During the checkout process, a secure dynamic QR code representing your exact bag total is generated. Simply scan the QR code to finish your purchase instantly.
- UPI ID: Alternatively, you can use our verified UPI ID displayed during checkout to transfer the amount.
- Zero Fees: There are no additional transaction fees or handling charges for online payments.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
If you prefer paying in cash upon arrival, you can choose Cash on Delivery at checkout.
- Availability: COD is available for almost all pin codes across India.
- Payment: Please pay the exact order amount in cash to the delivery agent.
- Processing: COD orders undergo a brief automated telephone verification check before shipping to ensure address accuracy.
Payment Security & Encryption
Your transaction safety is our highest priority.
- No Card Storage: Jutiq does not collect, process, or store your credit/debit card numbers or net banking details directly. All transactions are securely routed through certified, encrypted UPI/banking gateways.
- Verification: Online orders are verified immediately and automatically updated in our checkout flow for express processing.
Refunds & Cancellations
In case of order cancellations or returns, refunds are credited back to the buyer's original payment account:
- UPI Payments: Refunds are processed and credited back to your bank account within 2-3 business days.
- COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, our customer support team will contact you to securely get your bank account details or UPI ID for direct transfer refunds.
