Because every Jutiq bag is meticulously crafted by hand with minimal machinery (with one artisan finishing only 3 bags a day), you acknowledge and accept that:
- Minor variations in stitching pattern, fabric texture, alignment, and sizing are normal characteristics of handcrafted organic products and are not considered manufacturing defects.
- We make every effort to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, the colors you see depend on your device display, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
3. Ordering, Pricing & Payments
By placing an order on Jutiq, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information (including name, email, shipping address, and phone number).
- Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent transaction behavior.
